“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s Grace in its various forms.”
1 Peter 4:10 NIV
“We want our material wealth to be a blessing to those in need, as a reflection of God’s love in us”
Scott Purcell - summation of 1 John 3:15-19
Invest-Credit is a longstanding microfinance organization in Moldova (the poorest country in Europe). By helping people establish or expand businesses they are able to help increase the prosperity of the communities those businesses operate in, provide employment for others, decrease the chances of human or sex trafficking, and enable people to experience the love of Jesus.
Making a contribution to Mighty Women of Vision for Moldova will generate a direct contribution to Invest-Credit so they can expand the loan capital they have available to fund microfinance loans.
Here are just two examples of amazing actual clients of Invest Credit
Inje Ruslan
Ruslan and Estera are a couple who have been passionate about farming for over 15 years. They have a walnut orchard, goats, bees and fruitful land. They are a faithful family with 3 children whom they love dearly. Their business needs seasonal workers, so season after season they hire workers to harvest nuts, harvest other crops, sell produce at market, process the land and more. In the south of Moldova, there aren't many people, so they value each employee, and offer them a daily wage, feed them, and transport them home in the evening. For them, employing people seasonally is an investment, because they save time and produce more with more labor.
Sacalî Valentin
Sacali family members are special for the things they do for the community. Valentin is a very hardworking man who loves his family, his community and God. He is a pastor, and over the years, with the money he has made from the business, he has been able to build a church in his village for people who serve God. The Sacali family has a farming business. With their profits they have managed to develop a project, a children's center where they offer lessons in manners, moral-spiritual education and help them with their homework from school. All the participants in this project are volunteers and Valentin's wife Zinaida takes care of the center. They are a big-hearted family, so when the Ukrainian refugees came, they bought a big house for a few families with the help of their business and other investors. And to this day they are sheltering the refugees left without help there.
